Went to weightlifting :) i did back squat of ummmm like probably 65 lbs. i couldn't do a few of the exercises but that's okay. At one point Mozart had never played the piano. yk?

Did the little baseline run on Garmin to go get my CSA box. It was really exhausting.


April 2

Went to my weightlifting class in the morning. I've been sick but really really slow to get back into any sort of exercise. The weightlifting class was great. I bench pressed I think 55 lbs. Don't judge. Just love <3


Mar. 7

Went to workout class. Trying to quit smoking and I feel like working out makes it easier to not smoke. It was a conditioning class and I did all 4 circuits and some birthday swings. Wasn't even that bad.

Went to workout class last night. Lifted 30 lbs and whatever the bar is on backlifts. Slept like a rock last night and woke up 10 minutes before I had to leave the house this morning. I'm supposed to go on a jog today but it's raining and I'm tired. Let's see what happens.


Feb. 28


Took a few hits before my run. I ran 90 seconds and then walked 90 seconds and then ran 3 minutes and then walked 3 minutes twice. I had to take an extra long break before the last 3 minute run. My left ankle hurt and so did my shins. The path is still all muddy from the snow. But it's beautiful out and feels like spring.
